Great post.I must agree that the photocopier is one of the neccessity of one's workplace.things would have been easier especially in filing.We could have given all the original ones to the clients and another copy should be in place for any future references.I must say that most of the company had their manuals with an accurate technical translation.Efficiency of such machines should be the most important thing to remember.
