The Aspire One is Acer S3 first foray into the world of ultrabook. It aims to give a kick enough to pass through all your computing needs, without taking up space in your backpack.
The Aspire S3 is a good reserve of power. The Intel Core i7 processor (1.7 GHz), a new generation, 4 GB (DDR3) memory, 240 GB or SSD, this book is not ultra-boating. She performed clerical duties major problems (internet, word processing, photo processing, video, etc.) .. However, an integrated graphics chip (Intel HD Graphics 3000) there is no requirement for a video game, 8 to 13 frames per second, the native resolution is 1366 x 768 pixels.
While the processor is a chip low power consumption - that is 9.3 watts at idle - the small three-cell battery this laptop is very thin. We measured a range of 3 hours and 30 minutes of video playback (screen at 100% and Wi-Fi enabled), which is frankly not a dedicated machine for use on the move. It is possible - but not certain - that this autonomy is little that the unit has been tested a sample. Let's go through the sieve when the final commercial S3 available.
The connection is not the strongest mid-S3. There are two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, SD card reader and connect the headset/microphone combo. If it is better if the Macbook Air, the video output is standard and can be used more easily, without the adapter.

This things good but if you call the boys over at computer repair Colorado they can hook it up even fatter.
No doubt its correctly called ultra book and it looks so super thin, super cool! Acer and Dell are really coming up with some mind boggling designs. To be honest, I'm so much satisfied with the honest review but I'm more impressed by the way it looks rather than the features.
Ultrabooks have too high price for now. Hope in future they will drop it.
