Netbook computer samsung nc110 10.1-Inch review

Samsung NC110 netbook is the newest entry-level 10-inch Samsung. The tiny laptop weighs just over £ 2.7 inches and has a 10.1, 1024 x 600 pixel screen mat, a 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, 1GB of DDR3 memory and hard drive 250GB. While Samsung NC110 has a list price of about $ 330, you can often find this model for as little as $ 290.

Samsung sent me a demo unit to test for a few weeks. This model has a battery 48Whr, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. This is not the most stylish 10-inch netbook I've tested by a long shot. But he has a decent touchpad, compact design, and some features will not often find on netbooks at this price range including decent speakers and Bluetooth.
Samsung NC110 has a much simpler design than the Samsung netbook corrugated NF310 I reviewed some months ago. Generally, it is a good thing because it means that when the laptop has a similar display, keyboard and touchpad for NF310, Samsung NC110 is smaller and lighter.

Laptop measures 10.4 x 7.4 x 0.97 "and weighs 2.73 pounds. NF310 as Samsung, the new model has a matte screen, but has a screen with lower resolution. Like most other Samsung netbook NC110 is 1024 x 600 pixels, which is big enough to display web pages and run the application more, but that is a bit 'tight, if you try to use the two programs side by side.

However, matte screens is a rarity these days, with blank screens quickly becomes the norm. It is nice to see a laptop that does not glare in bright settings if the screen is always difficult to read in direct sunlight.

Side of the screen and the angles are reasonably good, but if you tilt the screen too far back or forward to the colors start to wash away the images and videos of hard to see properly. Fortunately (or unfortunately), this is not a big problem, because it is designed so that they are difficult to tilt the screen back very far.

Although the screen is matte, the lid of the laptop has a glossy finish that looks pretty good when you get out of the box. But after handling the laptop a few days, you'll probably start to notice spots fingerprints all over the lid.

About half of the netbook you can find the usual array of ports, 3 USB ports, Ethernet port, VGA port, microphone and headphone jack.

Samsung has not changed its netbook keyboard design lately, and if you used a company recent 10-inch netbook should feel at home. The development of small islands main housing style with little space between each.

Not much space for each key, which could be a little disconcerting at first, especially if you have large hands, but the differences between the keys makes it easy to identify the spaces between the keys without looking, and I had trouble writing nearly a hundred words per minute.

The Samsung NC110 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, 1GB of RAM and runs Windows 7 Starter Edition.

In other words, the internal hardware is virtually identical to what is obtained from almost any other 10-inch netbook this price, so I will not dwell on the marks on the processor performance. Suffice it to say that the laptop can handle video playback in 720p standard definition video files and high definition.
